Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of digital products (including WordPress themes such as GEO Pro) provided by AsamiWorks ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

1. "Customer" means an individual or legal entity that has entered into a purchase agreement with us.
2. "Digital Product" means WordPress themes, plugins, or other digital content sold by us.
3. "License" means the right to use a Digital Product.
4. "Subscription" means a contract that allows continuous use of Digital Products through recurring payments.

Article 3 (Services)

We provide WordPress themes optimized for AI search engines, including GEO Pro and other digital products. Service details, features, and pricing are specified on each product page.

Article 4 (Contract Formation)

1. A purchase contract is formed when the Customer applies to purchase our products through our designated method and we accept the application.
2. We may refuse applications in cases where the application contains false information, there is a history of violation of our Terms, or we deem the application inappropriate.

Article 5 (Fees and Payment)

1. Customers shall pay the fees specified separately by us for our products.
2. Payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB). Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
3. If payment is not confirmed, we may suspend the subscription or license.

Article 6 (License)

1. Customers may use purchased Digital Products within the scope of the purchased license plan.
2. For a Single Site License, Customers may use the Digital Product on only one website.
3. Customers shall not perform the following acts:
   • Redistribute, sell, or lend Digital Products to third parties
   • Use beyond the scope of the license
   • Remove credit attributions from Digital Products
   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Digital Products

Article 7 (Subscription)

1. Subscription contracts are automatically renewed until the Customer cancels.
2. Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time from their account page.
3. After cancellation, updates and support for Digital Products will not be available from the next renewal date. However, versions downloaded at the time of cancellation may continue to be used.
4. If payment cannot be confirmed, we may suspend the subscription.

Article 8 (Updates and Support)

1. Customers with active subscriptions may receive product updates for free.
2. We strive to provide updates for feature improvements, bug fixes, and security responses, but do not guarantee the provision of updates.
3. The scope and method of support are described on each product's service page.

Article 9 (Prohibited Actions)

Customers shall not perform the following acts when using our products:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, honor rights, or other rights of us or third parties
3. Acts that interfere with our service operations
4. Providing false information
5. Other acts deemed inappropriate by us

Article 10 (Intellectual Property)

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in Digital Products belong to us. Customers may use them only within the scope of the license under these Terms.
2. Customers may modify purchased Digital Products for their own purposes.

Article 11 (Warranty and Disclaimer)

1. We do not guarantee that products will meet Customers' specific purposes or have expected functionality, commercial value, accuracy, or usefulness.
2. Our liability for damages caused to Customers due to reasons attributable to us shall be limited to the amount of fees received from the Customer.

Article 12 (Termination)

1. We may immediately terminate the contract without notice if the Customer violates these Terms, delays payment, violates license terms, or commits acts that significantly damage trust.
2. If the contract is terminated due to license violations, the Customer shall immediately cease using the Digital Product and delete all copies.

Article 13 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms without prior notice to Customers when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on our website, and Customers shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
